The Optika 5 is a couple of ounces lighter if weight is a factor. Personally, I own an S-Tac 3-16x and just ordered the 4-20x50 for $269.99. For what I'm doing with the rifle, the S-Tac MOA reticle was perfect, so the much lower price was the deciding factor.

Nice choice. Similarly, I have the Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9x33 AO and the Meopta Optika5 2-10x42 PA, and I prefer the Meopta in every way except weight, which is still reasonable for what it is. (Also, that 33 mm Leupold is about as light as it gets for a half-decent scope.)
