AngelaL. Ok I came across this message board and thread as I have the same problem. All was fine with my 2004 Stilo JTD until last week when my dash display died. Headlights and brake lights working fine, engine starts ok but driver airbag warning light is flashing and all dials (fuel guage, rev counter etc) are dead.

The short term 'learnt memory' should clear..relying on the original factory presets within the cars 'BRAIN' To then do the work. The Stop/Start then takes the NEW voltage reading as its base setting..so service could be restored. Good luck..and let us know what you find. Charlie. Last edited: Dec 19, 2017.

Nov 23, 2005. #3. we failed a fiat punto on the m.o.t at my work for the exact same problem i just took the back lights off cleand the connections and found one of the bulbs was in the wrong way round sending the hole lot daft after cleaning the connections and bulb it worked fine. OP.
