Armed with about 17000 surplus, 11000 regular, and 3000 AP + HP apiece I decided to go out and about slaughtering the wasteland. God forgive me for my sins.
This is not to say that I will never touch ANY unique weapons that I find in the Fallout games. I will only go towards those that, as stated in the title of this post, are explained to be an official "Version 2.0" of a standard weapon, such as the CZ57 Avenger being a replacement for the old CZ53 Personal Minigun in Fallout: New Vegas. .
